This deposit will be refunded later, after any overpayment or underpayment has been adjusted.

It is not included. Yes, it is possible. We do not require a deposit from our customers, but please refrain from canceling without notice for subjective reasons.If you need to cancel for unavoidable reasons (such as a change in travel plans or flight cancellation), we would appreciate it if you could contact us at least 5-7 days in advance.This allows for adjustments to the vehicle.

Our company provides 24-hour roadside assistance services. There are no charges for assistance resulting from vehicle problems such as breakdowns, accidents, or vehicle damage.Special circumstances : If you fail to report an accident, return the vehicle without contacting us, and are unable to file a claim with the insurance company, the purchased insurance will be deemed invalid. In such cases, the policyholder will be responsible for compensating for any damages incurred at actual cost.

This service is not available in other prefectures or cities.Kansai region : We generally do not offer vehicle dispatch or pickup services, but in unavoidable circumstances, a fee of 8,000 to 30,000 yen will be charged depending on the distance and conditions.Airport Transfer : We offer free transfers to and from Narita Airport and Kansai Airport. A transfer fee of 6,000 yen applies from Haneda Airport.Extended Return Fees : Our business hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If you extend beyond these hours, an additional fee will be charged depending on the extended time. For example, if the rental fee is 10,000 yen per day, an extension fee of (10,000 + 2,500) x 10% = 1,250 yen will be added for each hour of extension.
